As Head of Digital Marketing, your mission is to help build and protect Featurespace’s international reputation as a leader in machine learning technology, and to position ARIC™ Risk Hub as the most wanted and respected anti-fraud and financial crime solution globally. You will be joining our international Communications and Marketing team at an exciting moment of high growth for the company as we continue to expand into new markets.
Reporting to the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer, you will lead all aspects of our digital marketing portfolio. You will work in close collaboration with the wider team to create digital initiatives to support all elements of Featurespace marketing including awareness building, product marketing, regional marketing, corporate communications, all while supporting our commercial goals.
As a leader, your role will be about seeing what’s ahead, planning for it effectively, and ensuring that teams are well briefed and well supported to execute tasks on time. You’ll do this in large part by working with agency partners and other marketing team members who have specific execution responsibilities in areas such as marketing, digital and social media, content production, and PR.
To do this, we need you to be an experienced digital operator with functional knowledge of all relevant platforms, tools, and project managements processes. We need you to be a vocal leader who speaks up to challenge ideas and is always looking for better ways to do things.
