The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the UK Campaigns team to position and maintain Plentific’s position as the leading platform for property managers, tenants and contractors.

You'll be supporting a range of marketing initiatives to acquire and maintain Plentific’s growing customer base. This role is for a motivated self-starter, working on projects across the UK and with international teams delivering on the company's sales and marketing targets.


  • Assisting with campaigns, including engaging prospects & customers, product releases and Women’s Trade Network. Tasks will include planning, targetting, creation, implementation and measurement of campaigns.
  • Monitor and create engaging content for our social media channels and website.
  • Work as a relationship manager with other departments internal to Plentific, meeting their marketing needs, from ordering merchandise to assisting them with the website.
  • Assist in the preparation of team budgets, analytics and reporting.
  • Project administration for our UK-based teams.


  • A demonstrated ability to learn fast, manage time efficiently, and produce high-quality work with great attention to detail.
  • Communicate well with people throughout the company, from team members to senior members of staff.
  • Passionate about creating engaging experiences, putting yourself in the mindset of our prospects and moving them towards working with Plentific.
  • Familiarity or the ability to learn tools like Canva, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.
  • Numeracy skills - bonus points if you know how to budget and understand how to measure campaign success.
  • Ideally, one year or more experience in either marketing, real estate, or SaaS, however, we would consider someone with less career experience or wanting a career change if they can demonstrate the qualities we need on our team.
