The Role

We are looking for an established, experienced Personal Assistant to join our Team supporting our CRO in his day to day activities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management for the CRO, and where applicable, his team
  • Arrange all travel arrangements and accommodation, both national and international
  • Arranging external/internal meetings and conference calls across various technologies and individual calendars
  • Answering and directing inbound enquiries (calls/email)
  • Ad-hoc tasks such as document/report preparation, gift purchasing, administrative support as required
  • General administrative support, liaising with clients and colleagues
  • Management of Expenses
  • Work closely with the wider support team, PA’s / Office manager and cover reception when required

Requirements

  • Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise an ever changing workload
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, good use of initiative, coming up with creative solutions to problems
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as successfully within a team
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • The ability to communicate with senior management and executives
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Extensive experience using G suite
  • Good level of judgement and knowing when to escalate to the appropriate channels
  • High level of attention to detail
