Job Description

What will be your mission? ✨

We are looking for 2 HRBP to join our HR Team !

Your role will be to become the HR point of contact for your departments. You will be part of a fun and dedicated HR team working from Paris and Cologne.

Reporting to our Head of HR for France Manager, Maud, you will be responsible for leading the HR roadmap of JobTeaser France in a context of hyper-growth. Your role will be crucial in the retention of our teams and in their daily support.

On a dedicated scope of 150 employees (Business or Tech), you will be responsible for :
  • Ensuring a great employee experience :
    • Onboard newcomers and follow them during their first months (first day, discovery report, follow-up on trial periods...) : you will make sure that all newcomers have an incredible experience from Day 1!
    • Iterate and improve our onboarding process in close cooperation with the HR team!
    • In close partnership with the Head of HR for France, manage the whole employee lifecycle, always keeping in mind payroll and legal issues at stake at every stage of the employee's journey
    • Make sure that JobTeaser employees have a great experience from onboarding to offboarding in an employee lifecycle view
    • Help maintaining and developing Jobteaser culture and values, by being the first ambassador of our company DNA
    • Be the go-to person for payroll, administrative and legal topics for your department : contract terms, benefits, payroll, on-boarding and off-boarding processes...

  • Lead People processes on your scope :
    • Partner with our Learning Manager on HR development actions : training plan, career paths...
    • Roll out HR Programs in your departments (Performance & Development reviews, Salary reviews...)
    • Suggest improvement to our people processes;

  • Support your managers and employees :
    • Respond to employee questions timely and provide advice when it makes sense;
    • Actively partner, coach and develop managers and team (mobility, entry, and exit, performance, behavioral issues, career development, training, etc.)
    • Follow-up and coach employees at key stages of their life at JobTeaser (feedback, reviews, mobility, etc);

  • Help building an efficient and scalable organization :
    • In close cooperation with your Head of HR, your managers and collaboration with Finance Team, propose the recruitment plan for your scope and coordinate the recruitment activity with the Talent Acquisition;
    • Manage turnover; help managers retain their talents;
    • Advise managers on their organizations


Who are you?
  • Degree in Law or HR
  • At least 2 years of progressive HR experience in a fast paced, high growth environment;
  • A high energy, thoughtful HR partner who can work at a detailed tactical level and who can also see the big picture;
  • Well-developed analytical and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity and a confident presence to effectively resolve sensitive employee issues;
  • Organization skills, ability to switch from a subject to another
  • Self-directed but also great at collaborating with employees at all levels and with many different teams;
  • Great team player, putting collective success beyond individual recognition; willingness to share your knowledge;
  • Ability to be patient and communicate respectfully in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must be fluent in English and French;
  • Knowledge of Employee Relations in France;
  • Strong interest in Jobteaser's missions and values
