Job Description

What will be your mission?

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for leading the sales enablement team and working closely with sales, sales operations, and marketing to ensure strategic alignment across all three functions.

As Sales Enablement Manager, you will belong to the Sales Ops Department and report to our Head of Sales Ops and be responsible for providing the tools, processes, practices, training, and content needed to support salespeople throughout the buyer's journey. A sales enablement manager's responsibilities include working collaboratively with sales, marketing, partners, and other key stakeholders to increase sales results and productivity.

Main missions and objectives
  • You are in charge of the management of the Sales Enablement Team (CRM Stack & Learning / Coaching)
  • You define the team's roadmap & KPIs and track performance versus these milestones
  • You set a daily, weekly and monthly routine for the team to ensure a smooth execution
  • You take an active role in the coordination meetings between the sales, marketing, salesforce, revenue operations teams and other stakeholders
  • You will be in charge of the Salesforce team (CRM & Stack Management) whose missions are:
    • Responsible for the adequacy of tools, rules and processes with the objectives of efficiency, scalability and profitability
    • Management of the integration, development, configuration and administration of the various tools
    • Definition and control of the rules and processes specific to each tool
    • Guarantor of deployment, adoption, monitoring of use and user satisfaction
  • You will manage the person in charge of Learning & Training who is :
    • Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware
    • Responsible for tracking and analysis of sales enablement content usage
    • Supports frontline sales managers in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program.


Qualifications

Who are you?
  • You have 3 to 5 years of direct experience in sales enablement and/or sales training
  • You have developed an expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion, and demonstrated high adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
  • You have extensive functional knowledge of the Salesforce environment
  • You have extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer's journey alignment
  • You have highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills
  • You have strong negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests
  • Having a previous experience in team management is a plus
