Job Description

As a Business Developer EMEA, you'll report to our Sales & Expansion Manager and play a key role in the development of JobTeaser in Europe (BeNeLux, UK/I, Easterns, Nordics...)

Main missions and objectives
  • Prospect a database of potential future clients in Europe (Belgium, The Netherlands, UK/I, Easterns, Nordics...)
  • Generate approx. 5 meetings every week (with the support of our SDR and BDR team)
  • Convert your prospects into customers: during the meeting, discover their needs (Discovery), pitch Jobteaser (Live demo) and offer a partnership proposal (Closing)


Qualifications

Who are you?
  • C1/C2 in english: you can easily converse with C-levels
  • You have a relevant sales experience of 2-5 years (ex: business development, startup, consulting firm...)
  • You love hunting (sending emails, cold calling...) and you never get bored
  • You are result oriented and resilient: you reach your target every month and you always want to achieve more!
  • You are self-driven and have a high-energy spirit
  • You are an empathetic relationship-builder who can quickly understand relevant structures in complex organizations and connect to people at all levels
  • You know how to use Salesforce CRM? It is a bonus!

Preferred job location

  • You can be based in any of our offices based in Europe (France, The Netherlands, Belgium...)
  • If based in Paris, a super flexible remote policy (possibility to work remotely 4 days a week + 1 month a year wherever you want in Europe)
