About the Role:
Red Sift is looking for a Global Alliance Marketing Manager to assist in the development and execution of partner marketing programs with Red Sift’s most strategic partners. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities shift with the business. Play a critical role in defining and leading the partner co-marketing strategy and execution aligned to Red Sift’s ecosystem and alliance partners. As the Global Alliance Marketing Manager, you will work closely with your assigned partners to create and deliver global integrated marketing plans that retain and grow existing clients while influencing revenue growth. You will develop a deep understanding of your assigned partner’s initiatives, and act as their primary worldwide contact.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new partners by executing and improving upon partner playbook
Manage relationships with Partner marketing team at all levels to ensure planning and successful execution of joint programs
Create joint coordinated marketing plans with assigned partners aligned to approved initiatives, including marketing activities such as virtual and live events, press releases, blog posts, webinars, asset development and paid media
Extend Red Sift marketing programs to relevant partner engagements to extend reach, communicate value proposition and expand thought leadership authority
Collaborate across Red Sift to facilitate and implement marketing strategy
Lead regular cadence meetings with partners and internal teams
Track and report success metrics for each program including value for marketing spend, pipeline impact, etc.
Develop annual and six-month comprehensive marketing plans with strategic partners. Incorporate specific geography plans into the overall strategic partner marketing plan for specific alliance partners
Work with partners across our alliance ecosystem such as cybersecurity vendors and email service providers (ESPs) to strengthen our value proposition to customers, create broader market awareness and generate new business opportunities with and through our partners
Define and execute diverse marketing plans to create and accelerate pipeline, build executive relationships, and impact revenue growth by collaborating with partners, sales, marketing and product teams.
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key partner stakeholders and marketing counterparts at partner organizations.
Align all partner marketing activities to support individual partner goals and objectives as well as the organization’s ecosystem vision
Help evangelize the Partner ecosystem through regular internal cross-functional socialization of partners, partner go-to-market messaging and partner solutions.
Develop and deliver innovative marketing programs to meet and exceed growth targets
Create, execute, monitor, report, and follow up on programs to generate a targeted number of leads and inquiries
Manage measurement of program impact through reporting, evaluating event and campaign ROI, and presenting recommendations for improvement
Assist with preparing budgets and monitoring finances, including requests, invoicing and reporting
Travel to select regions to provide onsite support for co-marketing events
About you
5+ years marketing experience, partner or alliance marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated success in achieving impact through marketing activities, preferably in cybersecurity industry
Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior level partners and colleagues at all organizational levels
Proven experience in a B2B marketing role (enterprise software, SaaS), planning and coordinating marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills and the ability to find clarity in ambiguous environments to accomplish tasks
Strong program management skills, ability to manage multiple marketing plans simultaneously, while keeping to timelines
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and proactively communicate across teams, both internally and externally
Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and virtually
Prior experience with budget management and KPI reporting
Experience managing partner events (collaborating with agencies or internal teams)
Bachelor’s degree required
Location
Role is based in the US and requires close coordination with a global virtual team. Open to considering candidates based in any US location; will work remotely from home office or in regional office in Austin, TX.
