Senior Systems Administrator - NetSuite

The role

We have invested in NetSuite as the core ERP. NetSuite is vital to integrating Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory Control & Supply Chain. It also integrates into our Shopify website and our third-party logistics partners via our integration partner, Patchworks. As we continue to grow our retail presence, we work via EDI with third-party retailers in the UK, US and Europe. You can find us in Tesco’s and Sainsbury's to name a few! 🔍

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to own all system administration and issue resolution, and support the Head of IT Operations to deliver the continual development roadmap 💻. The Systems Administrator will become an integral part of the IT Operations team providing support to all Huel users, but particularly across the Finance and Operations teams. They will liaise closely with the Customer Experience and Engineering teams to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure processes are clear for the future.

What we're looking for in you

First and foremost we need someone with NetSuite experience. NetSuite OneWorld is preferable as this is what we use for our multi-currency and multi-subsidiary environment. We’d love it if you have been an Administrator before, but what is more important is your ability to adapt to our environment. You’ll be working closely with Finance and Operations so if you have been a NetSuite user in one of these areas, this opportunity could be the job for you! Ideally, you’ll have experience within an ecommerce environment along with an understanding of how integration works between web stores and distribution. We also use EDI messaging to connect us to our retailers, so retail experience would be a bonus!✨
