About the team:

The Enterprise Technology and Change team leads the delivery of the technologies that run our business and support our colleagues in delivering the Modulr platform to our customers. The team plays a key role in planning and delivering a suite systems across all business areas, ensuring our Technology roadmap and change plans keep pace with the growth of the Modulr business, improve the business and deliver innovation. The team has an exciting and challenging future ahead as we identify and  develop the technology roadmap, invest in new systems and develop the Enterprise Technology & Change team as the business grows.

The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team to lead on a range of technology & change projects across  the business working collaboratively with experts from our business teams and technology partners. The role will encompass business analysis, systems analysis, operating models, service design and data to play a key role in define and implement the solutions to support our business strategy. Additionally as part of a new and growing team, you will play a part in developing our Project delivery approach and capability in a fast paced agile environment with lots of exposure to new and emerging best in class technologies as the business grows.


The Person

We are looking for somebody who is not only a skilled and passionate Project Manager and happy to play an active role in leading  delivery teams, but also excited to play a key role in the strategic development of our team and technology and the challenges that can present. 

You do not need to have had prior FS experience to join us; What will resonate with you are our values, our business and an opportunity to really make a difference in delivering the solutions that power our business. You may have had experience in many of the core business systems, finance, digital, workflow, but will have played a key role in successful technology enabled change delivery across the full project lifecyle and have lots of examples of where you have made a difference and enabled success not only as the Project Manager but in leading the development of successful solutions through understanding the business and solution to get the best outcomes.

You will be passionate about delivering change projects and can demonstrate strong practical experience of what is involved in successfully delivering projects that deliver the benefits, working with stakeholders along with leading and motivating  project teams. You will have a passion for what you do and are happy to bring this experience and knowledge to contribute to the success of the Modulr Team and evolve our Project delivery capability.
