Job Description


As Content Manager, you will be in charge of supporting the whole Sales funnel through our EMEA B2B marketing strategy, enhancing the Awareness, Consideration and Decision steps of the Decision process.

You will report to the EMEA Head of B2B2C Marketing and work closely with the HQ Editorial Manager and you will collaborate with the EMEA Sales teams to make sure you are as close as possible to the needs of our customers.

Your missions will cover:
  • The alignment with the EMEA Sales team, the Head of Marketing on what will deliver most value to support the Sales process
  • The synchronization with the FR and DE Content Manager to co-create pieces of content
  • The definition of the Content Strategy and Editorial Planning for our B2B targets (mainly Corporate, but also Schools if needed), to attract the most qualified audience
  • The collaboration with our graphic designers (internal design team or freelancers) to produce some piece of your content plan
  • The ownership of the Tone of Voice for our B2B contents, in respect with our global brand editorial guidelines.
  • The production of all our contents and their publication on our social media channels and blog:
    • Awareness: Generalist webinars, Studies, Infographics, Blog articles, White papers,...
    • Consideration: Recruitment Webinars, Sectoral studies, Customer testimonials...
    • Decision: Product webinars, Practical guide, Tutorials / e-learning, Product demonstrations,...
  • Managing the synchronization with translation agencies and the Freelance to provide this content in Dutch
  • Participating in the organization of the events' contents
  • Reporting on the performance of your Contents (Views, Traffic, Leads, Booking,...) and implement a continuous improvement process to iterate on your Content Strategy
  • Engaging with external influencers and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges


Who are you?
  • 5+ years experience in Content marketing.
  • Strong interest in guidance and career issues (and on making those topics attractive to the audience). A previous experience in the HR field would be a great plus.
  • Proven fantastic writing and oral skills, both for short and long content, on paper or through webinars. You're able to vulgarize and make complex ideas simple to understand. Syntax, grammar, spelling etc. must have no secret for you.
  • Strong brand acumen.
  • Great communication and organizational skills - you'll synchronize with an international team and you will have to meet delivery deadlines and expectations. Your role will be key and transverse.
  • SEO expertise - you will have to ensure that all written content meets search engines needs and requirements.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation (Pardot preferred, HubSpot, Marketo)

English native. Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.
