As we’ve been experiencing rapid growth, and scaling our current technology platforms, the need for connectivity and scale between and across platforms is expanding. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and technically competent business analyst to build and strengthen our Salesforce platform, supporting a variety of cross functional processes, include order to cash, sales, marketing, customer success, people, finance and others. This will be a full time position within our Business Applications team. 


What You’ll Do: 

  • In partnership with the Business Applications Team, our SFDC Architect, Business Analysts, Accounting, Order Management and Product Teams, define, configure and deploy capabilities within the Lead to Cash technology stack. 
  • Lead business requirements gathering, process and use case documentation, and solution design to help Sales and Product achieve its acquisition and retention strategies.  
  • Work closely with Accounting, Order Management, Sales and Product Teams to understand, assist and execute against key initiatives, prioritize backlog, and troubleshoot issues. 
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to maintain highly functioning SFDC and CPQ platforms and solutions. 
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Architects, Business Analysts and Developers to deliver scalable solutions that align to overall Sales & Product strategies. 
  • Configure/Administer SFDC/CPQ Platforms (as needed) and in compliance with Malwarebytes privacy and security policies. 

Skills You’ll Need to Have: 

  • 3 - 5 years of working with in an Administrative or hands on Business Analyst role, Salesforce CPQ experience a plus. 
  • 1 - 3+ years experience with full-lifecycle project implementations 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience 
  • Understand Salesforce lead to quote capabilities and limitations; clearly articulate those to customers. 
  • Comfortable building and demonstrating prototypes in Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce Lightning a plus. 
  • Salesforce Integration experience with any Billing, Subscription, Carts and Licensing systems is a plus. 
  • Ability to facilitate communication between business partners and technical delivery teams. 
  • Experience with system integrations and understand how to troubleshoot data discrepancies. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to present analytics findings various business teams. 
  • Strong knowledge of overall sales, accounting and operational business processes, with in-depth knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes preferred. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
