Malwarebytes is looking for..

As a Malwarebytes MSP Solution Engineer / Channel MSP, you and your Sales Rep will be responsible for presenting Malwarebytes’ security solutions to prospective customers, creating and delivering product demonstrations, gathering customer technical requirements, and managing the technical portion of the pre-sales' engagement. You will work closely with customers and partners as their primary point of contact for technical feedback, the resolution of issues and will be the customers’ advocate for issues that require assistance from the HQ Customer Success team.  Additionally, you will provide feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver technical product presentations via web conferencing.
  • Provide Presales Support via web conferencing and email, onsite when required.
  • Provide product installations and custom product configurations remotely for customer trials.
  • Work with the Product Management team as a liaison to accounts around technical product requirements.
  • Help train the MSP Sales Teams on Malwarebytes technology and support for technical sales and competitive messaging. 
  • Visit customers prospects and vendors when required.
  • Participate and attend tradeshow, events, and any other Malwarebytes related activities with regards of increasing Malwarebytes visibility and market share.


Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • Good understanding of the MSP market, concepts, and solutions in the marketplace.
  • Good understanding of both macOS and Windows Environments, Linux is a plus.
  • Good understanding of API concepts and API solution for the MSP space.
  • Can easily articulate basic Cybersecurity problems to a diverse set of audiences.
  • Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially geared towards resolving new and complex issues with software.
  • Ability to travel as required (potentially a few times a year for significant marketing events and sales kickoff events)
  • 1-3 years or equivalent in a sales engineering role or other technical Cybersecurity roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Endpoint Protection and Incident Response products
  • Experience supporting and selling SAAS products
  • Experience with Virtualization/VDI technologies
  • Experience with RMM/PSA or any other MSP vendor and tool.
  • Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS are plus but indeed welcomed
