Malwarebytes is looking for..

  • An experienced customer support leader to mature and structure our entire support organization.
  • Someone who has seen and been a part of a matured software vendor org, perfecting the art of support.
  • Someone hands on, an executive sponsor and representative that works with customers facing escalated support situations.
  • Someone to bring ideas to improve the current set up, but flexible to accommodate the nuances that are the Malwarebytes family.
  • Someone who has experience and interest in problem solving, both from the business perspective, and relating to the products created by Malwarebytes.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • You will manage the customer support team consisting of 2 main groups supporting consumers and businesses. The team has over 100 people worldwide congregating around our regional offices in Clearwater, Florida; Tallinn, Estonia; and Cork, Ireland.
  • You will measure and assess KPIs for support to create effectiveness and maximize efficiency.
  • You will collaborate with different teams within Malwarebytes including products, engineering, customer success, sales, etc.
  • You will make customer support at Malwarebytes a place to be for employees seeking career advancements, as well as a great work life balance.

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated customer support management experience and success.
  • Solid understanding of security in general, and even better if endpoint security.
  • A technical background or demonstrated equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
