Deepki is looking for a talented Head of Strategic Partnerships, reporting to the Commercial Chief Officer based in London. We are on pace to double in size in 2022 and this is an opportunity to build a Strategic Partnerships team and practice. This diverse role is a mixture of both team management and creating partnerships programs globally. This position will be based either in France, UK or BENELUX.



  • Define the roadmap to establish and execute a market leading Partner Program
  • Build and run a team of Strategic Partner Managers leveraging your past experience to build it right the first time
  • Cultivate positive and trusted relationships with key Executive stakeholders within partners’ organizations in order to maximize potential, uncover new opportunities and secure long term relationships
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Presales, Key Account, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Consultants, Product Management and Engineering cross-team to maintain a community-focused direction and find growth opportunities
  • Create processes and collateral to help your team and stakeholders



  • You have at least 8 years’ experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, business dev/partnerships with proven track record of success within hyper-growth company
  • You have worked in or created Partner Programs that have demonstrable success in driving double digit growth
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Software and SaaS technology
  • Passion for the environmental transition
  • Belief in Deepki’s values – Impact / Customer satisfaction / Benevolence and good will / Freedom and responsibility
  • High level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think to create suitable partnership programs
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • You’re hardworking and goal-oriented with willingness to win
  • You have a tireless positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent people management skills – Ability to engage all stakeholders, from the field to the C-suite
  • Experience in Real Estate and / or ESG and / or Energy Efficiency would be a bonus
  • Proficiency in written / spoken English (given our international expansion, other languages would be a bonus, but not essential
