The position

In collaboration with the Chief People Officer, the People Engagement, Communication & CSR Manager will define strategy and lead concrete actions related to Deepkies' engagement, internal communication and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company, as well as maintain a “signature” Deepki culture and identity. 



More specifically, you will be required to:

- Leading the People Engagement Surveys, the analysis of their results, their communication internally and externally, the design of the actions plans with various stakeholders (ExCo, Managers, Employees, Works Council, HR Team…).

 - Taking initiatives that will maintain and increase the overall employee’s engagement: celebrations, company culture diffusion, rewarding initiatives, company kick-offs, …

 - In close cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Team and the Marketing & Communication Department, better formulating and reinforcing the company culture and employer branding of Deepki, strengthen the visibility of Deepki in order to attract more candidates via social medias, company website, recruitment websites, Talent Acquisition events, …

 - In relationship with the founders, the CPO and the Leadership Committee, building a people / internal communication strategy and concrete action plan. This can include the preparation of Company regular webinars, newsletters, events … to translate the company strategy so that everyone can better understand its own contribution to company success, update employees on business / customers / people / news … and reinforce the two ways dialogue, reduce silos,

 - In relationship with the CPO, the ExCo, the Executive Assistant, contribute to the definition of the CSR strategy, policy and concrete actions. This will include the definition with all the stakeholders of the CSR roadmap, the materiality matrix, the preparation and co-animation of the ESG Committee, the renewal of the B Corp certification. It will also include the coordination of actions to make sure Deepki is an exemplary responsible company on environmental, social, societal and governance aspects.

 - Putting in place and monitoring KPIs regarding People engagement, communication and CSR.

 - Supporting the HR Team in various projects and initiatives.


The profile



- You have a degree in Communication or CSR. 

- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in international company. 

- You are recognized for your skills in people engagement, internal communication and CSR. 

- You have excellent written and oral communication skills both in French and English.

 - You are capable to have a strategic view and translate the company vision for your domain of responsibilities. You are also known for being operational and lead by yourself multiple projects and initiatives.


- You have a good understanding of SaaS issues and organisations.

 - You are autonomous, with a strong sense of responsibilities and proactivity.

 - You have the wish to start projects & processes to reach your objectives.

 - You are open, dynamic & welcoming.

 - You are a good listener and love to work hand in hand with various and diverse teams.

 - You know how to work independently.

 - You are rigorous and reactive.

 - Have a strong team spirit.

 - You are perfectly fluent in English & French. Other languages are welcome.
