We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced SW Development Lead to join our expanding German team. This role is open to candidates in any location in Germany and can be based onsite in our offices in Munich or fully remote in any other German city. Fluency in German and English is essential
Requirements Must-Have:
Experienced C#/.net-developer
Good communication skills in German and English
Software-Design/Software-Architecture
Design-Patterns Basic knowledge
SQL-Server SQL/T-SQL
Scrum Nice to have:
Experience with DevExpress Reporting

- Taking over role of team lead for Forms team
- Planning workload together with Professional Service
- Customer contact worldwide Mail/Phone
- Analyze customer requests, Estimations
- Lead external developers
- Train new developers
- Extending/Maintaining our Reporting/Forms Framework
- Assure high quality together w/tester
- Create (technical) Documentation
- Prepare Modules for our Next Generation Platform Solution -
- Improve Deployment Process - Bug fixing
