Featurespace are looking for an bright, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our successful and vibrant Commercial team based in our London office as a Strategic Alliances Manager.

As a Strategic Alliances Manager at Featurespace, you’ll be helping us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by forming successful partnerships with large global system integrators (GSIs) such as: Accenture, Infosys, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, Capgemini, and EY. You should have experience with technology enabled business process transformation initiatives and working with Partners to develop and launch service oriented offerings for our joint customers engagements.

In this role, you will report to the Global Director of Channel and working in conjunction with Featurespace’s Sales teams, Partner Marketing function, and our Industry SMEs to manage the business development and sales activities with our strategic partners. Specifically, you will be responsible for on-boarding, developing and growing our strategic partner business relationships, proactively developing joint value propositions and market offerings, and generating a qualified pipeline which leads to closed business and increased market share for both Featurespace and our partners.


Day to Day

  • Work with Regional Territory leaders from Featurespace to develop a joint strategy and GTM plan to drive specific initiatives to develop customer opportunities; this includes working with partners on the services and solutions they will deliver around the Featurespace/ARIC platform and ensuring the necessary contractual agreements are in place
  • Work with the Worldwide Alliances and Channels team members to execute GTM plans in all supported/targeted regions; develop region specific Practice & Development plans, driving capacity & certification growth as well as delivering customer success
  • Joint Solution Development & Execution – Commercialise industry solutions or product as part of our joint value proposition; work with our strategic partners to explore and develop joint offerings in key verticals and regions
  • Execute, manage and deliver regional pipeline and revenue tied to Strategic Alliance partnerships and initiatives, keeping in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify target accounts and agree joint engagement strategy with the partner and Featurespace’s regional sales teams
  • Review sales play metrics/effectiveness on recurring basis with Partners, the Featurespace Channel team and key stakeholders in the regional Featurespace Sales and Service teams
  • Maintain pipeline and dashboards that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identified programs and investments
  • Co-ordinate various Featurespace Business, Operational, and Legal resources to ensure we are able to engage effectively with our Strategic Partners and focus on GTM success
