In your role as Senior Product Manager you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:

  • Building products and solutions that reduce financial losses and provide operational efficiency gains that lead to an optimum customer experience
  • Conducting market research to generate product requirements
  • Documenting precise customer outcomes and success metrics
  • Developing and working within production timetables
  • Working with the commercial team on pricing recommendations
  • Creating and owning plans for product introduction
  • Developing marketing strategies in accordance with the overall product strategy

This role is based out of either of our Cambridge or London office.

 
 

Day to Day

  • Working directly with prospects and customers to determine market needs and requirements
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to review assigned product strategy and ensure alignment
  • Representing the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders by writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features and product sets
  • Ensuring product requirements are designed with scalability and long-term vision in mind
  • Leading business and technical discussions with a high level of independence including requirements, customer experience and security, including writing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes
  • Owning functional and non-functional requirements for assigned products and solutions
  • Providing metric-based feedback and recommendations and presenting findings to key stakeholders and management as requested, by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports
  • Assessing market competition by comparing to assigned product/solutions and obtaining product market share by working with sales to develop product sales strategies
  • Performing go-to-market activities by closely working with other product managers, and the marketing, finance, commercial and legal teams
  • Work closely with Product Operations to support enablement activity around new releases, and as required by the Commercial team.
