Deepki is actively looking for its future Head of KAM who will be responsible for the growth of our value to our client portfolio. With the help of a partially formed team, he/she will implement the commercial policy defined with his/her management. 

He/she will assign accounts to his/her team members and will be directly responsible for the relationship with the key account contacts. He/she will recruit the talents that will complete his/her team in order to ensure the coverage of all accounts. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that his/her team's sales goals are met.


- Manage a team of Key Account Managers to increase the value of the client portfolio
- Implement the objectives to his team
- Ensure the follow-up of the teams by organizing regular business meetings
- Represent Deepki to the customer accounts
- Directly manage key account contacts
- Build and update all account plans with his/her teams
- Recruit new members according to the needs and growth of the client portfolio
- Ensure smooth relations with other departments of the company, especially the consulting teams
- Be a knowledge relay for its teams
- Build the sales approach (account plans, regular sales meetings, etc.)
- Monitor contracts and invoicing with the support teams
- Ensure the updating of opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce)


- Proven sales management experience in a SaaS environment with strong service presence (3 years minimum)
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Comfortable in a matrix organization
- Good interpersonal skills at all levels of responsibility
- Expert in the sales cycle (long cycles, complex sales, value selling)
- Team builder
- Good communicator
- Involved and autonomous
- Professional English
- Knowledge of Real Estate and/or ESG and/or energy efficiency
- Personally committed to environmental transition issues
