The main mission of the Universities Team is to equip higher education institutions in Europe with the Career Center by JobTeaser, an innovative career platform that guides students and young graduates in their professional orientation and helps them find the internship and first job that really suits them.

The Career Center has become the reference career tool for major European institutions, with more than 700 using it.

Your main mission as a Product Specialist & Support Manager?

As part of our Support team, you will respond to requests from our students regarding the use of the platform. As a real Sherlock Holmes, you will become an expert on the product and will help them to better understand our software.

On a daily basis you will:
  • Answer the questions of our students by mail.
  • Improve the existing student help center by reviewing and implementing new processes.
  • Work (with Marketing) on innovative ways to communicate JobTeaser's updates to our community of students.

It's a central position, where you will be in touch with many teams (Tech, Product, Salesforce Teams, etc) and it will allow you to get visibility internally and to have direct contacts with our final users.

This is a great opportunity to manage a lot of relationships with different students from different universities within an international team and a startup atmosphere!

Qualifications

Who are you?
  • You are in the process of graduating from a Bachelor's degree / Master's degree.
  • You have excellent customer relations skills: proactivity, willingness to surprise the customer with the quality of service!
  • You are rigorous and have good organizational skills
  • You are a pedagogue, patient and a good listener. You take the time to answer our students questions
  • You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • You are fluent English and ideally master another European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch)
  • You are appealed to Marketing and would like to develop your skills in that field
