Job Description

What will be your mission?

At JobTeaser we work hand in hand with leading HR and communication agencies that act as adviser, consultant and purchaser for our biggest clients. As Channel and Agency Partnerships Manager, you'll report to our Head of Sales, and play a key role in the Sales Team. We are looking for a proven sales professional, with a first successful experience in management, to build strong relationships with HR agencies and other HR players to help grow the revenue in France and Europe.

Main missions and objectives
  • Define the team strategy and take actions to contribute to JobTeaser's business objectives
  • Grow and develop partners' relationships with Recruitment Advertising Agencies and other HR players such as ATS and CrossPosting solutions in France and in Europe
  • Analyze partnerships performances, to define proper business strategies
  • Ensure the good synchronization with all internal stakeholders (Sales managers, marketing, Finance, European teams) and work on processes improvement and department scalability
  • Recruit, train and motivate a team of 3 (2 in place)
