Senior Product Designer

You enjoy designing complex ideas in a modern and user-friendly way. Your favourite book is called "UI Guidelines"? You like to work creatively and graphically, but can also put yourself in the user's perspective?

Your mission

• Being a fundamental part of our product development and participate in the design of the software on the basis of hypotheses, research and analytical data collection
• Further development of usability through design concepts with a focus on user-centred design and product discovery
• Creation of wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes for user tests 
• Close cooperation with Scrum teams, especially with Product Manager, Development & Customer Success 
• Creation and maintenance of a design system with the goal of a consistent UX across the entire customer journey

Your profile

• You are empathetic & detail-oriented in conception  
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a UX designer
• You are familiar with the web-based software development industry and have several years of experience in the SaaS environment
• You have a solid knowledge of common design and prototyping tools (preferably Figma) 
• You are confident with methodology in the practical application of user-centred design processes, design thinking, user research and product discovery.
• You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript  
• You have a solid technical understanding of web technologies 
• You have very good communication skills and enjoy working independently in a young motivated team
• You speak fluent English (company language)
