We are currently launching implementation of Salesforce for the business teams: Sales, Customer Success, Business Unit Managers, and Marketing teams, and we are building an dedicated team to deplopoy the project. Do you have what it takes to be part of the team?

Your missions:

The Salesforce Senior Program Manager is in charge of implementing Salesforce (SFDC) within Jellysmack in collaboration with the Salesforce integration team, with an emphasis on change management and driving CRM user acceptance.
The continuing Salesforce deployment will largely benefit Sales, Customer Success, Business Unit Managers, and Marketing teams, but other stakeholders such as Finance & Accounting, Content Ops, Platform Ops, and so on will also be involved in the project.

What you’ll be responsible for:

As a Salesforce Senior Program Manager, during the "CRM Build" phase, your role will ensure a smooth transition for CRM users in collaboration with the Salesforce integration team. You will achieve this by:

  • Working alongside the Salesforce integration team to keep abreast of the project and communicate progress to stakeholders,
  • Planning, communicating, and coordinating each step of the roll-out of Salesforce for users (team by team, country by country),
  • Coordinating the user acceptance test (UAT) phase,
  • Building training materials and delivering user training programs,
  • Planing the CRM Go Live phase and support Salesforce users through change management.

 

During the " Run" phase, your role will be to ensure outstanding adoption of Salesforce by:

  • Delivering Salesforce onboarding, training, & certification programs for all categories of Salesforce users within Jellysmack,
  • Collecting and analyzing user feedback to identify adoption & satisfaction drivers (Salesforce evolutions, training, etc.)
  • Coordinating user acceptance tests (UAT) for Salesforce evolutions & new functionalities and formalizing feedback for the CRM Admin & integration team.

 

A little about you:

Experience in rolling out a CRM (ideally a previous experience with Salesforce):

  • Solid understanding of business processes and best practices in sales/customer success, marketing, finance/accounting, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships
  • Strong problem solving and analytical ability, with a track record of “test & learn” demeanor

Experience in change management:

  • Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce platform
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
