Talent Acquisition - Student Position

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition student to join our team! If you’re looking to work in a fast-paced growing company, on a mission of making the internet safer this role is for you! As part of ActiveFence’s Talent Acquisition team, your role is to develop and initiate sourcing strategies, meant to attract the right candidates, interview them, and manage the recruitment process

Responsibilities:

• Support Talent Acquisition process including CV screening, scheduling interviews, phone interviews, work with recruitment agencies, and all operations related to recruitment.
• Source for candidates through various channels and create robust talent pipelines for ActiveFence’s hiring needs.  
• Promote ActiveFence’s employer brand in all relevant channels.

• B.A. student (Psychology, sociology, organizational behavior or equivalent)
• Team player with a 'Can do' attitude and a learning and growth mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a large number of open roles in parallel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Awesome interpersonal skills!
• Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success.
• Self-starter, independent, results-oriented, and attentive to detail.
