What we are building

We’re looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to serve as the leader for Domino’s web presence and digital acquisition channels (primarily: PPC, SEO, and email). You have the capability to create and execute a marketing plan that works cross-functionally for your peers in product, field, and account-based marketing. You see the big picture and can handle the challenge of creating a strategy and empowering your team to implement it. You constantly analyze, optimize and refine the strategy you've created with your team.  

You will be responsible for mentoring and ‘coaching up’ three amazing channel marketers (email, SEO, and paid) who are responsible for driving awareness and conversion of prospects. You will own the website as both a program and channel: Driving our SEO and web content strategies, measuring and improving the performance of our website, as well as driving the capabilities for our underlying web technologies, all towards the goal of increasing visitor traffic volume, improving website engagement, and conversion. You are an expert in understanding B2B digital customer journeys, and the content and information architecture necessary to support them. 

What your impact will be

  • Guide our web customer journey strategy: help identify which personas our website will serve, what content those personas need on the web to support their consideration and buying process, and how best to guide them through the website. 
  • Work with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Account-Based Marketing to create the website content needed to support the buyer’s journey.
  • Drive SEO: Understand what our prospects are searching for, then work to align our content and conversion strategy to make this a defensible marketing motion 
  • Collaborate with our Head of BDR to optimize the stages of conversion throughout the funnel (lead - mql - meeting - opp) 
  • Build a quality A/B website testing program: Determine what tools we should use, and what our process should look like for experimentation and fast iteration.
  • Make sure we’re spending budgets efficiently across paid digital channels while driving results that enables sales to hit revenue goals
  • Measure & evaluate the impact of nurturing programs and monitor the overall health of the funnel and our database

What we look for in this role

  • 8+ years in a similar role covering a similarly broad scope of digital marketing channels in a fast-growing and dynamic company, with a decent number of those years in an enterprise/sales lead environment
  • Familiarity with our current CMS, Hubspot, and our CRM, Salesforce (or a strong passion for mastering both) 
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, content syndication, email marketing, and paid social
  • Self-motivated: Can take direction on high-level goals, and then dig in to look at the data, learn about our customers and their needs, then determine what we should do and how.
  • Data-driven: you love funnels and pivot tables
  • You can write compelling copy; you have at least one bone of creativity in your body
  • Strong project management skills, with acute attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple short- and medium-term projects at once
  • Proven ability to collaborate with an enterprise field team
