We are looking for an bright, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our successful and vibrant Commercial team based in our Atlanta office as a Channel Partner Manager.

In your role as Channel Partner Manager you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:

  • Enabling existing and new partners in the Americas to generate profitable opportunities for Featurespace globally, with a particular focus on building Featurespace’s relationship with our Global Solution Integration partners
  • Accommodating our Customers wants and needs to have a local presence in terms sales, delivery and support through our local Channel Ecosystem
  • Driving the strategy for identifying, qualifying and recruiting the right partners for Featurespace across the Americas
  • Building relationships and establishing communications at the highest executive levels in your partners to understand their needs and priorities to build joint pipeline
  • Defining and agreeing a strategic go-to-market plan with our top tier Partners
  • Evangelizing the ARIC platform value proposition to Featurespace partners at a business level
  • Understanding the formal and informal buying process in the customer’s environment and how to best leverage the Channel Ecosystem to accelerate sales
  • Helping Featurespace Field Sales team to work with partners to find, drive and close opportunities with their customers including negotiations and procurement activities
  • Consistently communicating and brainstorming with management and extended team on how we can improve our Channel Program to better engage with our Partners
  • Working hand-in-hand with the Commerical VP for Americas and his extended team to ensure we are building the right Partner ecosystem to support our current and future customers

Day to Day

  • Develop and help manage partner generated leads and opportunities
  • Build and develop long lasting relationships with the Partners
  • Assist with partner contract negotiation
  • Coordinate ongoing training to partners in line with the services they will be delivering and as part of our joint go-to-market strategy
  • Engage as needed with various aspects of the business to ensure the needs of customers sourced through partners are met and build a specific plan for each partner
  • Measure, monitor and effectively report on partner activity to management, highlighting key activity and results weekly/monthly/quarterly as need
  • Ensure all communication to partners is of a high quality, including all documents and presentations
  • Coordinate and manage joint marketing campaigns with partners
  • Understand and articulate to partners and customers, Featurespace’s solutions and value proposition.
