Dealing with death - losing a parent, a partner or a best friend - is the hardest thing most people ever go through. For too long, it's been a dreary affair with top hats, paperwork and bureaucracy. We think it's time for things to change.
At Farewill we offer an alternative; beautifully designed, easy to use and affordable products built for giving the people you love those brighter goodbyes.
We're now looking for for some exceptional people to join our Probate team. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for shaping and defining how we run and sell our Probate product.
In the next 12 months you'll:
- Support families through organising their probate
- Work in a rewarding and fast-moving sales environment
- Be a vital voice in how we build technology and process to hit targets
- Help define what a kind, warm and effective sales call looks like
Hopefully, you'll have some or all of the following:
- You're a brilliant, engaging communicator
- You are caring and empathetic and can form a connection with all kinds of people
- You're excited by playing a defining role in the sales team of a high-growth start-up
- You're ambitious and motivated by targets and deadlines
Nice to haves:
- Experience in a sales or target driven role
- Experience in the legal sector
What we offer in return:
- £25k base salary + commission (£40k OTE) + generous stock options
- 28 days annual leave plus the usual public holidays
