- You will research and monitor the specifics of your market so you can function as the eyes and ears of Global Marketing in North America
- You will execute local marketing tactics that follow the Global Marketing strategy but are tailored to the needs of your local market
- You will support the localization and rollout of Global Marketing campaigns within your market
- You will enable the Sales Team with compelling collateral that balances sales requirements, brand guidelines, and global marketing strategy
- You will localize global marketing campaigns for the North American market and maintain the owned channels of your market with the support of the Global Marketing Team
- You will stay up to speed on N.A. fitness market trends while developing N.A. target customer segmentation, pipeline, and growth targets
- You will be the EGYM North American brand advocate, sales support, and messaging expert
- You will set key performance indicators and communicate priorities, timelines, success, and earnings to key stakeholders
- You will work with Global Marketing to identify, leverage, and measure funnel and brand awareness impact opportunities for all North American marketing channels and touchpoints - pre and post-sales (landing pages, ad campaigns, email nurtures, events, social media, direct marketing, PR)
- You will implement ROI-based value propositions and benefit-focused sales enablement aligned to the global EGYM brand (sales enablement includes but is not limited to pitch decks, product information, Case Studies, Testimonials/Videos, Tech Sheets, Product Blogs, White papers, etc.)
- You will work with the Events Team to drive engagement and awareness of key EGYM Events in N.A.
