We are looking for a talented Product Manager who wants to bring fitness to the 21st century. Do you have a passion for product management as well as great software and hardware engineering?   • You develop and execute a clear software and hardware vision for an existing gymfloor product and bring it to the next level
  • You live for innovation and constantly look for new growth opportunities to create measurable impact for yourself, for the team, the company and the partners
  • You put the end consumer first and you are an ambassador for product development in the organization 
  • You conduct data-driven development and improvement of our hardware and software features that favors a consumer-centric approach
  • You lead teams of software and hardware engineers to deliver value to the customers
  • You feel comfortable in communicating with different stakeholders, internally and externally, especially customers and gym–members
  • You coordinate strategic approaches within the organization, find solutions for service cases and derive optimization opportunities
  • You have 2+ years experience in a role as a Product Manager  and the lateral leadership of agile-teams
  • You have experience in hardware and software product management; plus: Hands-On experience with hardware product engineering
  • You have a well-founded knowledge and understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods and techniques
  • You are a talented and passionate communicator and you can explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
  • You have good language skills in German and English
  • You have developed an outstanding knowledge about our gym members and opportunities (desires and problems) to improve the products software experience
  • You have created and aligned a clear product roadmap and goals for your team based on the product vision, opportunities and business needs
  • You have a good understanding of the products hardware and software components and their interactions with the ecosystem
  • You are appreciated by and have built strong relationships with the development and product teams as well as key stakeholders
  • You have acquired comprehensive understanding of our platform and existing products as well as the customer needs and use cases
