  • You form a tandem with the Enterprise Key Account Manager and coordinate the integration and optimization of products and concepts with customers
  • You manage the onboarding process of EGYM products from both a customer and EGYM perspective 
  • You prevent churn and increase the use of all EGYM products
  • You ensure maximum customer satisfaction with all EGYM products 
  • You define business objectives (measurable goals) for our major customers in EMEA and support them in the development and execution of the necessary measures to achieve these results
  • You prepare and present product demonstrations in the form of strategic workshops, small group training sessions and conference presentations
  • You contribute to product development by identifying and refining customer-specific use cases
  • You have a degree in sports/training science or business administration 
  • You already have at least three years of experience in the fitness or technology industry and have been in regular contact with customers
  • You want to take the next step in your career and represent a product with which you can change the fitness market in a positive way
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are able to present complex information in a simple way to customers and clients at the highest management level
  • You acquire the necessary specialist knowledge independently and with the support of colleagues and are ready to look after your customers independently
  • You introduce yourself to your customer base and independently carry out the first presentations and lectures on how to achieve your own goals
  • You can organize your day-to-day work independently and in a goal-oriented manner and you also know how to use all relevant tools profitably for you and the customers
