- You form a tandem with the Enterprise Key Account Manager and coordinate the integration and optimization of products and concepts with customers
- You manage the onboarding process of EGYM products from both a customer and EGYM perspective
- You prevent churn and increase the use of all EGYM products
- You ensure maximum customer satisfaction with all EGYM products
- You define business objectives (measurable goals) for our major customers in EMEA and support them in the development and execution of the necessary measures to achieve these results
- You prepare and present product demonstrations in the form of strategic workshops, small group training sessions and conference presentations
- You contribute to product development by identifying and refining customer-specific use cases
