YOUR DAILY WORKOUT
We are looking for a senior leader  with experience in the fitness industry to develop and expand our used machine business (EGYM eco) globally. Are you a strategist with a pragmatic approach and strong communication skills, motivated to help scale our business? Then take your chance and get in touch!

  • You are responsible for the expansion of our used machine business (EGYM eco and buyback program) through the EGYM subsidiaries as well as third party distributors
  • You will segment markets in order to identify suitable accounts and strategies for successful market penetration or go-to-market and define the appropriate positioning of EGYM eco in those segments
  • You enable swaps and buybacks of our entire installed base of previous generations of machines and be accountable for inventory and working capital usage
  • You refine the sales tools, commission models, distribution models and agreements necessary to achieve the key targets
  • You work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing and Brand to deliver a clear message into the market in order to raise awareness and nurture leads
  • You will be accountable for critical KPIs such as Total Discount for buybacks and Gross Margin through the organization, with a strong matrix structure
YOUR FITNESS LEVEL
  • You are familiar with the German fitness industry, specific knowledge of the refurbished and/or used equipment market is a plus
  • You bring previous experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • You speak both German and English fluently
  • You are used to working in and within a remote team, with a great degree of diversity
  • You have a strong hands-on, can do attitude, as this role may require you to “fix the car while you’re driving it”
  • You have very good communication skills and are able to bring different stakeholders from the Engineering to the Finance department together to find a strong common ground
  • You are able to negotiate complex contracts with third parties with a strong win-win attitude (at EGYM we consider our partner’s success necessary to be successful ourselves)
YOUR TRAINING GOAL FOR YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS
  • You have become highly proficient in explaining the EGYM Solution and the USPs of our ecosystem
  • You have met with all the relevant stakeholders to align company objectives and tasks
  • You have traveled to our EGYM subsidiaries, retrieved their feedback on the current status and identified growth areas
  • You have delivered a strong plan for 2023 and driven the budgeting process for that year
