  • You control the cross-functional collaboration to plan sales goals and strategic initiatives to achieve our sales goals 
  • You will be responsible for supporting the CCO organization in creating budget, cost of sales and goal setting plans
  • You will work very closely with the sales teams to help them steer the sales pipeline and review pipeline development on a monthly basis
  • You are responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and communicating the results to stakeholders such as the CCO and Country Manager
  • You analyze data to identify important trends and changes for management and make recommendations for action
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of sales management, controlling, analysis or budgeting in a fast-moving environment 
  • You are good with the MS Office package (especially MS - Excel) and have already gained in-depth experience with salesforce
  • You have very good organizational and analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You have a confident appearance and convince with your communication skills
  • You speak German and English fluently, further language skills are a plus
  • You actively supported the sales teams in planning their sales targets for 2022/23 and aligned them with the company strategy
  • You have taken responsibility for reporting
  • You have succeeded in building a trusting working relationship with your colleagues 
  • You actively contributed your ideas and participated in team discussions to improve our processes
