Reachdesk has raised $49M in funding and we've been recognis(z)ed as one of the Top 5 Fastest Growing Products as ranked by G2. We're assembling a world-class global team across London, Lisbon and New York offices, with stratospheric growth and exciting product releases en route!

Role description 📖

We are looking for a talented Group Product Manager to lead Product and Product Managers working in the Platform Tribes of the Reachdesk Product. Our Platform Teams are focused on expanding our catalogue of physical and digital gifts; building and automating partner vendor relations; streamlining logistics, warehousing and inventory management; productising, self-serving and increasing the reach of our concierge services; and maturing Reachdesk for enterprise customers.

As a key contributor to Reachdesk’s product vision and strategy, you’ll be responsible for driving customer and business value within your product areas. Group Product Managers at Reachdesk lead and empower Product Managers, who operate in cross-functional teams alongside Design, Engineering and Data, and help them drive feature prioritisation and user value. They succeed by working closely with customers, industry experts and our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and remaining Product teams. They are comfortable with talking with customers, users and internal stakeholders, which they do every day, and with using quantitative and qualitative techniques to make great decisions with incomplete data. They do all of that while ensuring their teams are heading in the right direction and making the best decisions every day.

You’ll love working with us if you are genuinely curious and passionate about solving challenging, high impact problems in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that you are able to have a positive impact across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing 🧠

  • Leading Product for the Platform Tribes at Reachdesk, which are headed by 3 of our most talented Product Managers.
  • Setting the strategy for your product areas, alongside with your Product Teams, the VP Product and key stakeholders in the business (leadership, sales, customer success and marketing).
  • Working closely with product, design and engineering leads, to create alignment and synergies that maximise customer and business value.
  • Tackling product risks upfront, and clearly articulating the ROI of your priorities.
  • Communicating up, down and sideways the strategy for your areas, and backing it with quantitative and qualitative insights. You’ll be responsible for reporting the impact your initiatives are generating.
  • Making the best decisions with the right amount of quantitative and qualitative insights, and clearly explaining your decisions.
  • Performing market and competitive analysis to ensure Reachdesk maintains their track record of innovation and differentiation.
  • Promoting top-notch execution within your teams, on discovery and delivery, to ensure they deliver the right product at the right time, while raising the bar on every delivery.
  • Setting up your team for success with clear goals. Motivating them. Removing their blockers. Partnering with them to run their areas. Giving them ongoing coaching and feedback. And learning from them. You help your team build great products and become great product leaders.
  • Participating in the recruitment process for the Product Org, helping to attract the best talent for all our teams.

  • You are a proficient communicator (both written and verbal) and have high attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • You have experience conducting 1:1’s and performance reviews and implementing good practices in product teams.
