Job description
 
As Senior Product Manager B2B2C , your objective is to develop the product in order to maximize the value brought to our users: business leaders, managers, HR managers.
 
Within an organized feature team targeted on a user persona, your mission will be to:
 
- Build a detailed knowledge of our users, their objectives and their context in order to prioritize, imagine and develop integrations that bring them maximum value.
 
- Carry the medium and long-term vision of the Snapshift product for these users, with your squad, other teams and externally.
 
- Build a product strategy aligned with business priorities, in close collaboration with our Operations, Sales and Customer Success teams.
 
- Lead the action of your squad to identify development opportunities, validate them, imagine solutions and make them available to our customers.
 
At Snapshift, we have an “Anglo-Saxon” vision of the Product: at the head of an impact team, our Product Managers are committed to producing value, beyond delivering features. Thus, by forging convictions about our users and the market, you will have to create and defend your product vision, identify the real problems to be solved, validate your assumptions and find the best solutions iteratively.
 
How are we organized? 
 
Each squad is made up of a PM, 2 to 8 Devs (back-end, front-end and/or full-stack) and, depending on the needs, a Designer and/or a Product Marketing Manager.
 
Product and Tech teams are organized into impact squads, stable over time. Experts on their product and on the issues of their users, they are autonomous in defining and achieving their quarterly and annual OKRs, which are aligned with the company's product strategy.
 
 
Your main tasks:
 
Discovery
 
- In collaboration with the Product Designers, you conduct user research with our users, customers and partners in order to find the right problems and the best solutions.
 
- You lead the market and product watch
 
- You work in collaboration with the CSM, Sales and Marketing teams to collect and consolidate the knowledge necessary to build your products.
 
- You make decisions based systematically on data, or insights from user research
 
Strategy
 
- You build a product vision and strategy that unites Snapshift teams and its customers
 
- Each quarter, you make strategic prioritization decisions by obtaining the commitment of all stakeholders
 
- You define the OKRs and KPIs that allow you to precisely measure the success of your squad
 
Carry out your projects
 
- You allow your squad to make the right product decisions, build quality products while respecting the deadlines you have set, and improve continuously
 
- You manage your projects by involving the right stakeholders and rigorously following your KPIs and OKRs
 
- You allow all stakeholders to understand your choices and your roadmap, and you communicate very regularly on your progress and the achievement of your objectives
 
 
Required profile
 
As you will have understood, we are looking for a passionate Product Manager, able to move the metrics thanks to boundless energy and good organization.
 
You have :
 
- You have more than 3 years of experience as a Product Manager within recognized Tech companies.
- You know how to build a Product vision and federate beyond your team
- You are extremely precise and rigorous in your analyzes and your use of data to make decisions
- You put user experience and ergonomics first and you don't compromise on quality
- You know how to argue your choices, communicate and convince at all levels, internally and with our customers
- You know how to evolve in a hyper-growth company
- You are fluent in English
 
Bonuses:
 
- Knowledge in HR / payroll management / accounting is a plus
- You already have one or more experiences in the B2B SaaS sector
- Knowledge of the startup environment
- A technical background can be a plus
