Job description
Within our Inbound team ☎️ made up of 3 employees (30 in the sales team), we receive a lot of incoming leads, your goal will be to call them back quickly and then qualify them.
A true spokesperson for Snapshift, you will be the first point of contact with whom our future customers will exchange.
You will be in contact with various prospects and from all sectors: hotel managers, CEOs, pharmacists, HR managers... You will have to better understand their needs, make them discover our solutions, convince them of our added value, and finally obtain appointments. qualified 🗓.
For this, you will receive training with small onions 🧅 and we will do everything we can to make you as comfortable as possible in your position.


      • In detail, to generate leads and develop the business, you will need:
      • Process inbound leads generated by our awesome marketing team
      • Ensure a multi-channel commercial follow-up with potential customers via telephone, email, social network
      • Collect the necessary information to best qualify the needs and breads of our prospects
      • Arrange meetings for Account Executives
      • Communicate regularly with AEs to strengthen collaboration and optimize lead quality
      • Use and enrich our CRM daily

Required profile

    • Above all, we are looking for a personality, your motivation and your commercial temperament are your first 2 qualities 💪
    • Expected Soft Skills: Organized, attentive, autonomous and dynamic
    • You are recognized for your team spirit and your excellent interpersonal skills, you like to constantly take on new challenges
    • You like to be incentivized and the uncapped variable operation challenges you
    • Knowledge of a CRM (especially Salesforce) is an asset
    • Fluency in English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 is a plus (or Spanish 🇪🇸)

Conduct of interviews

    • Step 1: HR screening (30 min / video) with a member of the HR Team
    • Step 2: Exchange with Jordan, Team Lead Sales (45 min / video)
    • Step 3: Practical case with the team (1h / video)
    • Step 4: Culture fit in our premises: meeting with the Head of Sales and the teams over lunch
    • Total duration of the process between 10 to 15 days
