Your mission
- Coordinate and implement new (and re-design existing) business processes in Salesforce
- Translate business requirements from our Go-To-Market teams into technical Salesforce requirements together with our CRM Lead
- Our whole Salesforce.com Org is close to your heart, and you think through all possible implications before making any system changes
- Conceptualize and conduct user trainings as well as owning documentation to ensure Salesforce is used to its fullest potential
- Ensuring data integrity is preserved across our entire ecosystem of integrated tools
Your profile
- 2+ years of experience in consulting and designing CRM business processes
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a must, Sales Cloud Certification a plus
- Experience with CPQ is a plus
- You are always “happy to help” and solve support cases, which made it to the higher support-level ranks
- You are a very strong communicator and are fluent in English
