We are looking for a passionate working student for our Quality Assurance Hardware team in Munich. Apply now!- You support us in the claim management process including the receipt and administration of defective parts, the failure analysis and the execution of tests at test stations and, if necessary, the forwarding to our suppliers
- You create guidelines for the analysis and document quality requirements of our products and components in cooperation with the development team
- You work alongside our team in various operative and strategic projects for quality improvement and independently perform analyses for quality assessment
- You provide the data basis and support in more in-depth data analyses and evaluations
- You ensure a smooth collaboration and communication between quality, engineering and support teams and act as an interface
Your fitness level
- You are a student in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management or similar
- You have a very good technical understanding of mechanics and electronics
- You are a team player with a structured and independent way of working
- You are fluent in English (German is a plus) and feel comfortable working in an international team
- You gained first experience in working with tools like Salesforce, SAP and G-Suite (Sheets, Docs,...), if not you will get the chance to at EGYM
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- You are a valued and integrated team member of the hardware department
- You have a good understanding of our machines and the specified requirements
- You independently perform failure root cause analyses
