In your role as Solutions Architect, you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by owning the solution as the main technical subject matter expert for both the customer and Featurespace delivery team throughout the delivery lifecycle. You’ll ensure that the customer gets what they have contracted for and has been designed, that it is comprehensively tested and implemented successfully in a way that delivers value to their business.

You will apply strong solution expertise as well as a solid understanding of business processes, to design and deliver high quality projects and support our customers in the successful adoption of ARIC. You will be working closely with Project Managers as an integral part of our delivery team on projects across multiple industries, with particular focus on banking, payments, insurance and gaming.

The Solutions Architect role requires strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, good communication and presentation skills, an ability to deal with changing environments and operate independently, in order to provide the client with world-class service. You will be working on various aspects of the implementation process including requirements gathering, design, configuration and customisation, integration testing, deployment and handover to BAU.

This role can be based remotely across the UK, however living within commutable distance to our Cambridge office is a definite plus!

  • Provide feedback to product, engineering, architecture and implementation teams to improve outputs based on customer experience
  • Work closely with our Presales, SME and BA teams to understand and clarify the functional requirements of the solution that our customers want
  • Act as technical designer between our commercial and project delivery teams and the customer, considering throughput, latency and security requirements
