Your mission
- Building the effectiveness, productivity and performance of the team
- Identifying and working to remove obstacles to the teams productivity
- Fostering collaboration and building relationships with development teams within the business
- Supporting team members with a focus on personal & technical development
- Leading great communication practices inside the team and with other teams they interact with
- Lead by example through technical excellent
- Providing Infrastructure and Cloud solution guidance to Development teams
- Reporting to the Management Team
Your profile
- Strong Exposure to AWS and proven experience in production/customer operational environments
- Proven Technical background with experience in a leadership role
- Excellent technical competencies resulting from previous working experience whilst supporting critical production infrastructure
- In depth understanding of Unix based operating systems and standard internet technologies/protocols
- Server build and configuration management
- Passion for open source technologies
