In order to strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager
As a Sales Enablement Manager, your mission will be to implement the best sales academy to increase sales efficiency:
Process, knowledge and trainings
Support the creation and optimisation of sales processes throughout the sales cycle and the execution of these processes.
Participate in the inventory of knowledge needs for the Sales teams on a wide range of subjects (environment, real estate, best practices and sales pitch)
Ensure the proper structure, organization and accessibility of the Deepki knowledge base
Support the implementation of these training sessions by being a force of proposal on the format and content
Collaborate across departments within the company to complete enablement projects.
Propose new projects in line with the company strategy and needs you've uncovered in your interactions with sales
Results and tools
Clearly communicate progress on enablement projects to key stakeholders and set clear expectations for the anticipated use and impact of deliverables.
Incorporate training paths and content into content management platforms
Provide insights to the global sales enablement team and customer success leadership on the
use and performance of enablement resources, as well as any feedback you've received from the field.
Own the enablement tools (Learning Management System, Sales Content Platform, etc): measure their impacts, follow and negotiate their budgets.
- You have a first experience in sales or operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / French - a third language a plus)
- Knowledge of content and managing training
- Teamwork mindset
- Great attention to details and project management skills. Balancing multiple initiatives is essential for success in this role
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Familiar with Salesforce would be a plus
