Deepki is looking for a motivated KAM Operations Manager that will own the analysis, processes and the tech stack focusing on deepki’s top customers. You will work with the rest of the Revenue Operations team on connecting those tools to our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success & Financial tech stacks. Your role will be key in monitoring performance, suggesting new tools and implementing new connections, all at the service of a better understanding of our white space and upsell opportunities.


  • Co-admin our main CRM (Salesforce) and other relevant tools of our sales stack

  • Create and maintain dashboards or other reporting tools to measure white space, efficiency, conversion rates, and CSM contribution to upsell opportunities with our top clients

  • Train the KAM team on the right tools and processes

  • Work on reducing as much as possible the friction and loss of information between Customer Success, KAM, Advisory and Finance departments.

  • Be proactive in suggesting or empowering future growth and ABM campaigns, both in France and abroad


  • Passion for the environmental transition

  • Belief in Deepki’s values – Impact / Customer satisfaction / Benevolence and good will / Freedom and responsibility

  • Analytical skills (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI…)

  • Experience in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Client Success) and integrating those systems with other technologies

  • A natural curiosity and skepticism, helping lead you to experiments and tests in the name of improvement

  • A tireless positive attitude

  • Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing many initiatives together

  • Strong communication skills



  • 1 + years of experience, working in International Enterprise SaaS / Software environments

  • Previous experience in Ops or as a Business Analyst would be a huge plus

  • Experience in Real Estate and / or ESG is not required

  • Experience in hyper-growth environments
