The role

We're on the hunt for a new Senior Project Manager to join us to support the delivery of a very high-profile project within our Operations team 👀. Over the next year, we are looking to transform many facets of our day-to-day manufacturing processes with the aim of driving big efficiency, quality and sustainability improvements to the way we create the products that we are so proud of 🏆 ! 

We are well into the concept stage of a high-profile project in this area and are looking for an exceptional PM to lead the project management of the many and varied work streams contained within this, seeing them through to completion.

Day-to-day you'll manage the overall project timeline and milestones making sure all work streams directly support the achievement of strategic objectives. You'll also take ownership of the tech and finance workstream, defining processes, leading any vendor selection appraisals and coordinating the recommendation for solutions 🧩

You'll also own the overall project business case and financial tracking, carefully manage risk against the overall objectives and plan of the project, and you'll monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone with experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects in the context of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and technical operations👷. If you have experience implementing new tech systems in this space, this would be preferred. 

You'll have strong communication and collaboration skills and be proficient in using project management tools to manage timelines and communicate actions and progress. You should have experience in managing and escalating risk over multiple projects and any experience across multiple markets (UK, US and EU) will be advantageous🌎
