Hey! We’re Huel and we’re pleased to meet you! πŸ‘‹ We're going to start by talking about our exciting new Recruitment Coordinator position, but if you'd like the quick low down on us first including our growth story then just head to the bottom of this page!

The role

Over the last 7 years, we have seen a phenomenal growth rate in both our revenue figures and the number of employees (a.k.a Hueligans) that have joined the team πŸš€. FY21- FY22 saw our headcount grow from 110 to just under 250 employees, and we even emerged into new employment markets too 🌎.To help us continue building a team we are proud of, we’re looking for a new Recruitment Coordinator to join us.

Sitting within our People team, our new Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a variety of recruitment campaigns across the business (and globe), and will support our Junior Talent Manager in finding new ways to attract top talent, and ensuring we give candidates a factual insight into life at Huel⭐!

We don’t use agencies, so you’ll need to be hands-on in sourcing for new and future candidates via a variety of attraction methods including headhunting, and writing a compelling InMail to gain a high response rate. You'll also spend your days getting briefs from hiring managers, speaking to a diverse pool of candidates and helping ensure we continue to hire the best talent the market has to offer.

Not yet convinced it's the role for you? Well, then you can click πŸ‘‰HERE to read a more detailed job description and meet the team (As a heads -up we refer to this job internally as a Talent Executive! )

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone with around 1 years of experience working in recruitment. The role will focus heavily on headhunting to find the right candidates, so it may be better suited to someone from an agency background, or to someone who has worked in-house with a full recruiter license. It is vital that you have an understanding of the key steps in a recruitment process and know what good talent looks like πŸ”.

Being in Huels Talent team will require you to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels across the UK, US and Germany, so strong relationships and clear communication will be how you ensure success. You'll be a people-oriented person and have a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Someone may not be successful in the job, but we want them to still have the experience to remember πŸ–€!

What do we offer in return?

We have a high-performance culture which is balanced evenly with world-class well-being initiatives and benefits that are tastier than our Salted Caramel Black Edition (and trust us, that’s saying something!)
