As a Data Governance Associate, you will join a team of international, hard-working and dedicated specialists, analysing a big amount of data, building and automatising dashboards.

What you'll do:
- Lead and orchestrate the organization’s data quality, protection and management. A client-facing appetite is a must-have.
- Ensure that data & relevant metrics have the right accessibility guidelines for everyone.
- Build and maintain a glossary / data catalog tool that suits the entire company. An explorer demeanour is required.
- Define data elements and establish policies and procedures related to the inputs and accuracy of the data, and perform tests on data systems. An analytical & technical attitude is required too.
- Communicate on issues found and drive synchronizations to fix them. Also align every partner and actors of the data to use the same process, definitions and calculations. A leadership aura is vital.
What you need to succeed:
- You Can speak and write proficient professional English & French. You have good communication skills
- Have a first experience leading global data programs, ideally in Data Governance
- Have experience leading people: direct reports and leading by influence
- Have a logical, analytical and pragmatic attitude
- Can coordinate multiple partners to define needs, batches and results of your projects, prioritizing global priorities among all departments
- Can work fast and handle tight deadlines
- Be proactive team-player and an autonomous problem solver / a solution finder. You won't stop digging until you find the right solution
- Be able to understand sophisticated data models and technical data infrastructure topics
- Technical skills vital: SQL and Basic Python (data exploration and manipulation, API calls)
Very strong bonuses:
- Experience in a client-facing position. You know how to convince people & lead meetings
- Experience in a project-leading position. You detailed know how to drive programs with many different partners and reach high-reaching targets
- Experience with Data Catalog Tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Atlan or other) and Data Monitoring Tools (Anomalo, Monte Carlo or other)
