About the role
Build and manage relationships with current and prospective Channel Partners to support sale and distribution of Red Sift solutions for market expansion
Align Red Sift sales teams and leadership with corresponding Channel Partner teams
Coordinate the involvement of Red Sift resources (including pre-sales engineering, marketing, customer success and management resources) in order to meet Channel Partner performance objectives and Channel Partners’ expectations
Enable Channel Partner sales teams and technical teams
Drive Channel Partner-sourced pipeline.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume.
Manage channel conflict by maintaining excellent communication between the Partner and Red Sift sales teams
Ensure Partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
Establish Partner execution plans for mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship

Previous experience of driving channel sales with resellers and distributors, ideally within the cyber security space.
Experience managing Channel relationships
Demonstrated experience with B2B sales
Demonstrated experience selling high technology solutions in assigned territory in a channel model.
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with Partners.
Strong personal network within the industry
Highly motivated and results-driven
