We, Deepki, are looking for a new Lead Developper in Paris to support tech development of our ESG SaaS Platform!


Working alongside the Engineering Manager and the Product Manager, as technical lead you represent the technical entry point for your team, either from the CTO, the Product or all other stakeholders. Your missions include:

  • Technical skills: understand the impact of technological choices of the team based on a large amount of technical experience working across multiple systems. Able to identify issues and improvements to technology and tools; encourages developers to conduct their own investigations and propose solutions.

  • Leadership: help keep the feature team focused to deliver value. Able to identify problems with the product team and process, and encourage developers to own investigations and proposals for fixes. Active participation in the recruitment process and technical tests.

  • Mentorship: guide & mentor developers, identify areas for focus and improvement. Use coaching techniques to help developers arrive at answers to their questions / problems.

  • Communication: communicate about team progress, explain the impact of their product team’s work to technical & non-technical stakeholders; explain the team’s goals to their team in an engaging way.




  • Good knowledge of python

  • Good knowledge of JavaScript (Vue.js preferred)

  • Good knowledge of databases

  • Experience of maintaining, refactoring and making evolutions on an existing code base (as opposed to developing new products from scratch)

  • Good understanding of product culture and Lean/agile methods

  • Great communication skills in both French and English



  • Knowledge of flask / pandas

  • Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis or InfluxDB

  • Knowledge of RabbitMQ and an event-driven programming

  • Knowledge of Docker for the dev environment

  • Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI specifications

  • Knowledge of devops (AWS, terraform, ansible)

  • CI/CD culture

  • Knowledge of TDD, BDD

  • Knowledge of other programming languages (go, java, elixir...)



  • Team spirit (working in a team requires the ability to communicate, to have empathy, to be able to convince and be convinced by others)

  • Autonomy (we do not like micro-management and do not want to continually tell you what to do and how to do it)

  • Curiosity, passion (we are looking for profiles that share our curiosity and passion, to be ready to continuously improve)

  • Interest in software quality: unit and functional testing, code review, software factory, documentation... (we are sensitive to the quality of what we produce)

  • Ability to build trust within your team

  • Process optimization

  • Excellent communication skills
