HR Generalist / People Partner (Iberia & International)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of the People & Culture team, you will be based in our Barcelona office and you will partner with most of our International branches, focusing on: Iberia, France, LATAM. You will be the go-to person for all People & Culture topics and you will help us ensure current and future colleagues have the best employee experience and are enabled to do their best work in order to achieve their potential throughout their journey at ShopFully.

Directly reporting to our Global Head of People and Culture, you will:

• Guide and support our people managers in order to hire, develop, engage and retain the best individuals within high performing teams.
• Be in charge of Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning: ensure that there is a robust succession plan in place and that we are developing our leaders and getting them ready for the next challenge.
• Provide support to line managers in employee relations and employment law, ensuring that our employment policies are implemented fairly and consistently.
• Work very closely with our CoEs (center of expertise - such as payroll, total rewards, learning and development, etc) ensuring the deployment and adoption of the different programs, policies and tools.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the CoEs team for improvement of organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel and organizational matters.
• Ensure that the People & Culture team provides exceptional service to our internal customers.

SKILLS WE ARE SEARCHING FOR

• Minimum experience of 2 years in an HR Generalist / HR Partner role, gained within a digital, fast paced and highly distributed environment
• Fluency in English and a native (or equivalent) level of Spanish
• Good knowledge of Spanish labor law
• Proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
• Proven experience in working with multidisciplinary and transversal teams
• Proven experience working with remote / highly distributed teams
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with employees and managers at all levels
• Ability to motivate others and positively influence work behaviors
