Job description
As a Supply Manager, you will work alongside the Supply & Stay Balearics Team Lead in the development of the portfolio of properties. Scouting new properties and becoming an expert negotiator to convince new owners of our ways of working. You will also take part in contributing to the success of the Stay team, in which you will be handling clients from check-in to check-out and take ownership of their satisfaction during the peak season.
You will form part of a team that acts as the eyes of the company, the Supply & Stay. You will get to know and see the processes of a luxury company from a practical, operational and administrative perspective, actively contributing to the success of Le Collectionist. Very quickly, you will be expected to become an essential team member, in a “family” atmosphere, in one of the worlds’ most attractive destinations.
Your tasks and duties:
🏘️ Collection Development (Supply)
You will source new properties in your destination and guarantee the quality standards
Develop your network of owners and build long lasting relationships by introducing them to our ways of working and sign collaboration mandates
You will present the properties you onboard to all the teams
Become fully knowledgeable of local regulations regarding weekly touristic rentals
Become an expert negotiator and ambassador of our ways of working: the objective is to on-board la crème de la crème of villas**
🤝 Operations Management (along the Rental Managers/Stay Team)
You will deal with the clients you are assigned to and arrange all the necessary for them for their holidays respecting our service quality standards
Check client -in, -out, and troubleshoot issues encountered by your clients
Preferred experience
Preferred Experience
You will need…
- Perfect English (spoken and written) and good Spanish (spoken)
- Experience(s) in luxury hospitality, real estate or similar in Mallorca / Ibiza
- A valid driving license in Sp
- ain (manual gearbox)
- You love traveling and have a eye for detail, you understand the luxury concepts and recognize good taste
- A hunter personality, you don’t give up
- Expertise in hospitality Savoir-Faire and utmost politeness
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- To respect the confidentiality character of the job
Will be considered a plus, if you…
- Can speak French or other languages, it’s always highly appreciated
- Bring in a potential client database
- Have knowledge of your destination
