Job Description

In the New Data subgroup we have the Data Quality Team - the quality gate for the subgroup’s part of the Nexthink product. In our part of the product we are all about the data. Our development teams own the components responsible for collecting the data from customers endpoint devices, aggregating the data in the cloud backend and delivering the data to other parts of the product for complex analytics and visualization.

As a Software Engineer in Test, you will:

  • Verify the data quality of new solutions, both experimental and production
  • Participate in test plans development and execution
  • Monitor data quality from existing solutions on a wide scale
  • Participate in Support and Data Quality incidents investigations
  • Participate in regression tests automation
  • Together with the Team improve the subgroup Data Quality strategy and tooling

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Good understanding of Operating Systems internals, preferably Windows and/or macOS.
  • Experience in desktop applications quality assurance.
  • Experience in OS-level data quality validation (data about processes, network connections, users, sessions and more) is a huge advantage.
  • Experience in microservices-based backend quality assurance is a plus.
  • Confident knowledge of Python and Robot Framework.
  • Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration system systems.
  • Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools.
  • Experience and willingness to work in an agile and dynamic environment.
