Job Description

  • Manage a team of technical consultants and engineers (organize and dispatch tasks, provide regular feedback, manage expectations, develop skills, etc)
  • Ensure his/her team are delivering with highest quality and Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
  • Define and Share Best Practices to the team 
  • Share regular reporting and send alerts when necessary
  • Define objectives and quarterly OKR for their team and Help in achieving them 
  • Apply/Define/Enhance internal processes 
  • Interact with Service Delivery Managers (SDM) on requests submitted
  • Interact with Product/engineering team for product enhancements
  • Interact with other operational manager(s) to speedup work and coordination 
  • Engage with the reporting manager in initiatives for Managed Services team and/or Nexthink 
  • Maintain his/her own skills on product development/releases to a level required for the above activities
  • Document notable Use Cases and deliverables and build library
  • Hire new consultants to increase team size
